Last week (Back to work) [Sep. 20th, 2004|10:28 pm]
Zoe
100 mails waiting for me at work, I really thought I would have many more, still only around four were anything useful. The big thing was having the nice surprise of a pay rise, nothing massive but still its something. I should have felt happy about that but I was still feeling negative over the Gender clinic thing. The rest of the week was just normal except the big boss came to visit of the Thursday, just the normal keep working hard talk and update us about how some projects are going, mostly ok it seems be sounds like we need about twice the number of people to get everything done on time. So just same as it ever was. By friday it was just back to normal like I had not been off.

Bye

I'm going to miss you loads, you have been like big sister to me, I can thank you enough for all the help. Keep doing the music, look after yourself really well. Good luck with all your stuff as well. If you change your mind or find yourself in Bristol, or want to get in touch, well I will probably still be here writing stuff that nobody will read. It does mean a lot to me that you said goodbye, I didn't want us to just stop talking to each other. Thank you for caring.

I'm not going to forget you, thank you again.

Bye
Zoe

P.S. if the post has arrived you I guess you will be say I'm a wet Cow.

Re: I got your card

I had to brave Darth Vader to buy it (for real, it was the same day that Star wars was out on DVD, the shop had some lucky person walking around dressed as Vader and someone else as a speeder biker pilot).

"some lucky person walking around dressed as Vader"
-there's a job with career prospects.
would have been nice to have seen the jobcentre's card for the position.

Re: I got your card/Darth Vader

I think some 'lucky' member of staff got that job, they did not really fit the costume, they were a little shorter than me but it was made for someone about 6 5, so the trousers were very baggy, or it could have been skater Darth, in any case he did not look very intimidating.

At least it was not a wedding, that is maybe taking liking Star wars a little far.

Re: "a little far."

Just another thing to file under 'a little far ', this guy modded his car like an A-Wing.
